Background
The solar power park planned for the Joroinen airport area has been built on an area of about 6 hectares and will produce electricity with a nominal capacity of 5 MWp.
Annual energy production output of the solar farm equals the annual electricity consumption of approximately 250 electrically heated houses (20,000 kWh/a).
Management and operation
Once completed, the solar park will be managed by Ilmattare’s subsidiary Ilmatar Service Oy for high quality technical and commercial management.
