Background
Ilmatar Offshore is planning offshore wind power in the Finnish Exclusive Economic Zone. The Norrskär wind farm is located in the Kvarken region off Vaasa.
Status
The exploration licence for the area was granted by the Government and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment in December 2022.
