Background information
The solar power park planned for the former peat production area of Pöytäsaarensuo in Juva will be built on an area of about 125 hectares and will produce renewable electricity with a nominal capacity of 100 MWp.
The project has progressed to the planning and building permit stage. At the earliest, construction could start in early 2025, with an initial commercial production date of 2026.
Management and operation
Once completed, the solar park will be managed by Ilmatar’s subsidiary Ilmatar Service Oy for high quality technical and commercial management.
